The staff at Crunch is great...but they are treated poorly. Management is crooked and greedy. They make a habit of charging you incorrectly, then politely telling you they will fix it. Then they just charge you more. 27 here 200 there. I love how when Covid struck they did a desperate money grab, and said it's ok We'll credit you for all this stuff later, and then they don't. Crunch was a great gym to start. I brought all my friends there. I did personal training with them and classes for over a year, but when they had over 4 trainers quit, I filled out the form to cancel training and stay for classes. Everything was fine for a couple months until Covid. After Covid, my form all of a sudden disappeared and they charged my account random number and started up training charges again out of NOWHERE. COVID -19 procedures are ridiculous. HIGH-RISK PATRONS who try to cancel due to being unable to go to the gym because of being high risk are FORCE TO GOT INTO THE BUILDING which is THRU A MALL. Your website when the closure was happening even stated you can cancel thru mail or email but why can't HIGH-RISK PATRONS do the same now?! You should be ashamed.
