Traveling for work and trying to prioritize a healthy mindset before getting the day started. For this reason having a personable front desk attendant is crucial. Specially for a gym. That is not the case with this facility. The gym is great, clean and organized. The manager is understanding and has a great attitude. The issue is with a front desk girl by the name of Madisson. The manager Brian is an excellent service representative. I am currently dealing with financial issues and he has been more than willing to work with me to continue keeping my membership current and in place regardless of difficulties I'm facing.He is truly and steward of health and wellness
Canceled and they charged me $91 going off into military and don't live in savannah. Doesn't make since why they would charge that much to cancel. I wont be back. It looks like we will dispute charge if they don't email me back. Just nuts
