Bad experience from Stacey the gym GM.. she’s hostile and extremely authoritarian. She wasn’t even dressed in uniform when she was exhorting her authority and revoking my membership. I refused to accept the disrespect she had with my guest when she came outta no where, stepped up in his face like a street fighter. She acted like it’s her personal gym and not so much her work environment. Revoking my membership was unacceptable and an overreaching. It was such a great experience. I loved the dance like your Mother zumba with Brian. He's an amazing instructor! All the staff were terrific and I felt completely comfortable and got a great sweat on! I will recommend Crunch Fitness in Sarnia 100%
Bad experience with the staff “Olivia” messed up my account and she didn’t give vital informations to me and it was such an horrible experience for me, The manager wasn’t helpful at all, not even trying to be of help and the staff was yelled at me in her presence….
There is so much potential for this gym, however there is so many issues. The front of house staff are very kind to deal with and always very friendly. The hours are a huge issue. This gym has been open for months and is still not a true 24/7, so if that’s what you are looking for I would highly recommend going elsewhere. Currently I’m writing this review from the parking lot as the gym says it’s open at 5am but it’s now 5:22 and not open still.
