Isaac was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable while I was trying to get information about a membership.
I visited this location to inquire about getting a membership, but unfortunately, my experience was very uncomfortable. The employee who assisted me, Isaac, was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. I was genuinely interested in becoming a member, but the way I was treated made me reconsider. I believe customers should feel comfortable and respected, especially when they are considering signing up for a membership.
All Staff here is very welcoming. Been coming here for a little over a year. Whenever Evan is at the front desk he greets everyone with a great attitude and enthusiasm.
