Poor management, I had to stop visiting this gym. because when I was being harassed by other members (older men recording me) I was told to comeback at a different time. Hence why I workout at home now.....
This is one of the largest fitness clubs or the largest Crunch fitness clubs that I’ve ever visited and I’ve been to a lot of gyms like 24 Fitness I’ve been to 19 Fitness. I’ve been to a lot of gems but this one is the cleanest this one has the best employees best customer service and they have all the machines you need all the Crunch machines which you know fits the gym they have two Crunch machines and everything somebody needs to really bulk up and get to their goal or lose weight so yeah if you guys are looking for a gym... read more
Found out my favorite trainer, Audrey, was fired from her job for the dumbest reason. This crunch location is going downhill. Yall need to do better
I'm paying monthly for peak membership I should be able to use all the services offered everytime I come to the gym.
Walked into the bathroom to be placed on a TikTok live stream. Asked the front desk staff, and was told new management (Chris) won’t allow staff to enforce policies and there is no way to file complaints with management or corporate.
