The gym is fine, but God help you should you try and cancel. Do yourself a favor and go to a different gym.

Not one to ever write a review, but for this reason I must. In town for this weekend and I got a guest pass to use for my time here. Got it online, anyone can access it from signing up and it lets you choose ANY Crunch location to try. Went to the front desk to present my pass and got turned down as the front desk lady said it is “locals only.” How/why is a corporate gym locals only? Best gym I have ever stepped foot on ! The trainers are awesome the front desk people are always happy and welcoming, equipment is top notch .

My husband and I have been at this gym for over 2 years. We never used our initial “kickoff”. We wanted to get our inBody scans done, and I know that is complimentary along with your first kickoff appointment. I asked about just doing the inBody, and they said they’d have to charge me $10. Even after confirming it was absolutely free with the absolutely free kickoff session. We expressed we really didn’t want to waste the trainers time as we did not want a training session. I love Cruch Fitness, I’m usually a guest and it’s so cool that they let you experience everything they offer even though you are a guest! (The member has to be on a certain tier to be able to have a guest use the extras they offer)10 out of 10!
