Rowlett Crunch customer service is horrible. Brandy your manager tried to charge to cancel and I was giving a 60 day notice. She tried charging me 34.99. So I asked to downgrade and it was another charge. I was told when I join I could cancel or downgrade as long as I give a notice. I will be canceling because being lied to and the fee comes out monthly. I rather not have bad customer service.

Great gym! Clean, spacious and lots of options. I highly reccomend signing up with a personal trainer, it gives you the confidence to navigate and train hard in the gym especially if your'e a beginner. My trainer, Kourtney, is by far the most organized and intentional trainer I’ve ever worked with—she comes into every session with a clear plan tailored to my progress. If you need a trainer I'd reccomend her time and time again.
Best equipment in town
Lack of transparency with the membership. Paying a $60 annual fee after 2 months of being there is ridiculous. I’m only here for 2 months of the summer, so I was charged $60 for nothing one day before I cancelled. I saw on their website that it mentioned annual fees but it doesn’t say when those occur. Kinda feel like I was robbed of $60
