“Tuve una muy mala experiencia en este gimnasio. Lo más decepcionante fue buscar ayuda para resolver una situación y sentir que el manager no mostró interés en escucharme ni en buscar una solución. Me sentí tratada de manera injusta y discriminatoria. Un buen servicio debería escuchar, respetar y buscar soluciones, no hacer sentir menos a una persona. Ojalá puedan tomar en cuenta esta experiencia para mejorar el trato hacia todos sus clientes.”
