The turn around time to repair equipment is becoming an issue. It is understood that equipment will break however a plan to get it repaired quickly should be equally understood. You need to invest in larger trash cans throughout the gym as well as increasing the number of paper towel dispensers you provide. 2 or 3 small waste cans and two paper towel dispensers throughout the gym isn't enough causing many not to bother wiping down the equipment when they are finished. Decent gym otherwise.

I have belonged to Crunch Fitness for quite some time now. I just wanted to say how great this gym is. The Front Desk and Managment are amazing. They are so welcoming and friendly. The memberships are very affordable and are such a great price for everything you get! The memberships were clearly explained and signing up was easy! I love how they have a year contract as well as a month-to-month option. The gym is clean and there is a ton of space and tons of equipment to work out on. I can't not recommend this gym enough

⭐☆☆☆☆ I’m very disappointed with the way I was treated by the management at this gym. After canceling my membership, I was still charged — even though I followed the correct process. When I tried to resolve it, the manager was rude and dismissive, acting more like she owned the place than someone who should be helping customers. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially when there are so many better gym options around.
