Sent them an inquiry through their website but only provided my email and not a phone number so I can communicate strictly through email first. Rather than answering the questions in the inquiry through an email, Spencer asked me for my phone number through an email. I’ve been coming to this gym since I moved to Reno, and before coach chris started doing kick offs he would train, and now he’s a trainer with great tips and tricks my form has been getting better and better I love it. Shout out to him!
I’ve been a member at Crunch Fitness for a few years now, and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve checked out other gyms in town to compare, and the value, vibe, and quality here just can’t be beat. The staff is super friendly and welcoming; Chris at the front desk even went out of his way to find me and wish me a happy birthday last year.
