Nothing but a positive experience at Crunch. I love working out there and enjoy the Crunch community. I have enjoyed classes there and love my trainer, Morgan! The staff and GM Paulie are friendly and helpful.
Recently joined from LA Fitness. Love this Gym and the classes. It does get a little crowded at night but it dies down very quickly. The community is great and nothing but great things to say about the Staff. Friendly and Professional. I did my C1k with Noah and he was attentive and a very good trainer. Uncomfortable experience with employee Paulie – felt unsafe as a minor I’m 17 and have had a membership at Crunch Fitness (with my parent’s waiver) for about 6 months. The gym is usually fine, but Paulie who works evenings/front desk/floor has made it really uncomfortable for me multiple times. He stares at me a lot like, prolonged eye contact while I’m working out or stretching, not in a normal “checking form” way. I love my Home Crunch. This one is a little run down. The spray bottles do not work and they do not have the wipes for equipment. They dont have enough plates for the leg machines in the back either. It just seems to be a little older and maybe the owner or manager is to focused on expenses. Still a good place to go when in the area but for a crunch. Its a below tier facility.
I come here for the convenience which is why it even gets 2 stars. There are so many broken pieces of equipment or malfunctioning pieces of equipment (and it’s been that way). Most could be fixed by picking up a $10 tool set from harbor freight across the street and spending an hour of work. Kinda sad. Place is only a little over 1-2 years old.
