Great club never too packed and ALWAYS clean!

I really enjoy coming to this gym. They have all the necessary free weights and machines I need to focus on my goals.
Been with them 2 years and went to renew again after being expired for 2 weeks, price increased and they no longer can get me the rate I got before. Unfortunately won’t be renewing if they can’t stay with the rate I was paying (came out to $10 a month). Now the new rate is $15.75 a month if I pay for the year in full. Really sad to have to look for another gym. Hopefully they run deals in the future and I’ll amend this review asap.
I canceled my membership over a year ago and they are still Charging me. You can get a hold of no one that will be able to resolve matters for you not the gym owner and not anyone from the corporate office. My wife also attempted to cancel recently. They gave her no document of cancellation and have charged us twice since we canceled our membership. The customer service at this Jim and the corporate office are horrendous.
