Really a great gym, for any level of weight training, all around fitness, many different style machines for weight training. Treadmills, bikes, Hot classes, HIIT classes, to many to name. Great for all ages. Staff is very very helpful. Weight trainers are there. Restrooms very nice, AC sometimes is a bit finicky. Showers and Steam Sauna available. Come in and check it out today ... Been working with one of their personal trainers for about 2 months now. All has been great! They're very up-front about their policies, charges, and what they make in commission from any kind of supplements they suggest to you (10%). They have a great vibe. They can be a little bit busy in the evenings, but you can usually find whatever machine you need to use. Happy so far!

so first, I want to say thank you! This life changing experience has been worth it's weight in gold. I can actually say that I have alot more confidence in myself and know I can continue working out at Crunch and enjoy every minute of it. My trainer Anthony, has been an awesome inspiration. I hope that in the new year, 2026, I can enroll in another six months and pray he will be available , Once again, Thank you for all you've done to help make this a life changing experience for me.
