OKAY Y'ALL. THIS GYM IS #1 AND THIS LOCATION IS #1! FULL ACTION PACKED ENVIRONMENT THE MUSIC IS SUPER AMAZING! THE MARTIAL ARTS GYM IN HERE IS LIKE A MICHEAL JAI WHITE JON JONES BRUCE LEE MOVIE. This place needs a new manager.Message to male employees/workers toughen up you miserable little boys.Are they are afraid to enforce rules??? I was watching some dude poor water onto the sauna I was outnumbered three to one.There should be an employee on standby watching who goes in and damages that sauna it’s been shutdown since I joined a year ago.I said something to those dudes pouring water on there but I’m there to work not fight I don’t Recommend joining. this Location needs change not tolerance. Terrible customer service
I am really enjoying Giovanni's StrongHIIT and Fight Camp classes! He not only incorporates new moves with the kettlebell but includes stretching at the end of class. Lots of ab work, too. Fight Camp is a great way to burn off calories as well as learning to throw punches. I love these classes!
