FIRST OFF:::: SCAMMMMMM! Do not go with this gym membership. They had a false and misleading "Job Fair" that had many applicants coming in looking for work. They let people know that they are looking for people to "hire" but you have to subscribe to their free trial membership for $1 in order for them to even consider you. That was a straight scam. Terrible customer service. Not sure how this place is still open they kicked my gf out for not having a CA ID. We just moved to the state.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had a valid guest pass, but they refused to let me in just because my ID was from a different state. Seriously? I came in to try the gym to see if I wanted to sign up, but instead I was treated like an inconvenience. Almost every other gym actually honors their guest passes — it’s called good business. No surprise they have so many bad reviews. If this is how they treat potential members, I can only imagine how poorly they treat actual ones. What a joke of a gym.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Crunch Fitness. When I signed up for the coaching/personal training plan, I was given false and misleading information. I specifically spoke with the head coach, Christian, who assured me that I could freeze the plan and would not be charged the $75 fee. Based on his word, I proceeded with the freeze rather than canceling outright. However, on August 1st, I was still charged the $75 despite being told otherwise.
