It has everything you need, just takes a while to find it sometimes. Pretty terrible culture here, if i’m being honest i’ve never seen worse gym etiquette in my nearly two decades of lifting. the weights are so out of place noone even bothers trying to properly rerack anymore, especially for the dumbbells. Also when did it become acceptable to bring a loud speaker to a public gym? Hard to focus on your lifts when you have the overhead speakers fighting 2-3 different bluetooth speakers so loud they overpower your headphones. ... read more

I had an appointment set up for two weeks for the kick off extra thing I paid for. I never received any notification that it was cancelled for the person not showing up. I worked late last night and took a nap and got up to make it just to find it they didn’t show up. First time free ting back into the gym in 20 years just a let down and killed my motivation to be there.
