The front desk staff working the late night / overnight shift is completely unprofessional. If you have any issue or question, do not expect to be treated well or with respect. Poor communication skills and a very rude attitude. Avoid this location if you expect decent treatment.
The workers are very nice here but there always seems to be equipment or facilities broken, missing, or out of place.
KELLZ is good at his job. Give him a raise.

The Outerloop location has amazing employees such as Kellz! He greets me every time I come into the gym and definitely motivates me to continue working out!
