Bunch of hidden charges they make it very inconvenient to cancel. Not a good business practice if you want to stay around
Very unprofessional at the Orange Park location. My son was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis two months after signing a contract. Money had been taken out of my account every month. My son and I with my very autistic granddaughter went in personally to cancel he contract with Drs documents. Was told the account would be cancelled and would not be billed. Jenna and DiDi were truly fantastic! They provided me with all the support I needed to get started with signing up. They were incredibly patient and helpful, guiding me through setting up my goals and membership, and connecting me with a trainer. Thanks so much, ladies, for being so wonderful!
This place has been the worst experience I’ve had when it comes to billing. They make it incredibly difficult to cancel and seem to do everything they can to lock you into your contract—even if you move. Based on my experience, their practices feel predatory, and I can’t recommend them.
