Ive been a member at this specific location for over a year. I have never once been forced to take a photo for my account until the "regional sales manager" that just flew in from another state forced me too. I would happily show my ID if thats necessary every visit. I did NOT want a picture of me taken. Regardless of reasoning, and I shouldn't have to explain that. Poor customer service. Send her back. Leave the guests alone.
