Air conditioner hasn't worked for nearly a month-and it's often cooler outside than inside. Also, there are multiple machines down at any given time. Its unfortunate, because other than that, the patrons are great.

Very rude customer service. One of the women has an attitude problem. Checked in(I’m a member)to use the bathroom since I was in the area and my girl was with me we went in used the bathroom on our way out one of the staff stopes my girl saying she has to pay 15$ to use the bathroom and charged me because she went and used the bathroom WILL NOT BE COMING BACK if the staff don’t learn respect.

Edit: called May 25th 2025 to see if Jessie was still the manager and he's not. Edit: tried to get the bbb involved, they said they made attempts to contact management and they never responded 🤷🏻‍♀️ sketchy but whatever. I hope they don't keep charging like they have in the past and like others have complained. Long story short, I signed up and two weeks in decided this club isn't right for me for so many reasons I can't even list so I cancelled.
