Norwalk gym is the most dirtiest place I’ve been too. Even worse than McDonald’s dining room… that should say a lot … I had a white shirt and it turned black when it fell on the floor. Very angry with the overall heat and unclean area. Disappointed and will NEVER be coming back. Lesson learned.

As soon as I walked in the horrid smell just hit me in the face, I almost yacked. I never smelled a gym this horrible. There was no one at the front desk to welcome us or help us sign in, a lady nearby told me that I could just scan or just walk in because it’s normally like this. That means that people with no membership can just walk right in. I then read the reviews and saw multiple complaints about the odor and poor maintenance going back a couple months. Me and my husband just moved in to the area and we were so excited to try this location, but as soon as i walked inside there was no staff at the front desk and it smelled HORRIBLE!! we left right away because we couldn't stand the smell, the smell was worse than a zoo/pet store. I've been to other crunch locations, and nothing was worse than this!! What a disappointment.
