Sauna have been down for almost 4 months. They are really bad about maintaining the gym.
Yani is the best damn worker at this crunch, always helping me out with form on my exercises and always there to greet with a smile at the door. I’d love to see more of this guy! I’m surprised he’s not in a higher up position if I’m going to be honest, I can call this guy a workhorse for how often I see him here! 10/10 service any day of the week.
Very bad service and communication. They will cancel your plan even you pay the cancelation fee, they will make up lies to keep paying then. I paid the cancelation fee 3 months ago and still they still charging me for the monthly.
Fix the sauna asap
Went in to try to get a membership and both staff members ignored me. I guess EOS or Gold's Gym it is.
