Did not cancel when I called and still charged annual fees. Completely unacceptable.
Bad management. I called to cancel my membership and they claim it's not possible over the phone. I did not have the time to go in person so I got charged for the month and when i found time to go in person around 9am, the manager was not there so i couldn't cancel my membership. I’ve been going to this gym back and forth and every time i try to cancel they won’t let me and the manager is so rude and disrespectful i’ve NEVER had to right a bad review but this is my first time and we canceled our membership in september and they still were charging us and a month ago i went back and made sure they canceled it but i just got a bill that im still getting charged this is ridiculous they just want money and doing this behind our backs don’t come here unless you want to get scammed and deal with bad equipm... read more
Bathroom are rundown and receptionist from the front bunch high school kids that all the gang hang around on the front with loud music in which it's not part of the gym. Lately they been having people selling junk in the gym. More like a swatmeet in the gym.
