I am extremely frustrated with my experience at Crunch Fitness. I signed up two weeks ago, but due to the long distance and travel hardship, I was only able to visit the facility one single time. Because of this, I explicitly informed them that I could not use the services and that they do not have authorization to charge my card. I like this gym, good equipment and fair priced but like I shouldn't have to put my headphones on to avoid having to talk to someone trying to sell me pre-workout inside or people stationed outside the store trying to talk to me about their cause. It's annoying I don't know why they allow it... I should be able to go to the gym in peace. Updating, they still allow solicitation inside when literally no other gym ive ever been to had allowed this. At this point I will be cancelling my membership after my year is up.

I had been a member at this Crunch Fitness for only a couple of months and had started enjoying my workouts. Unfortunately, my experience changed after repeated interactions with a female employee who opens the gym in the early mornings. Gyms are places where people exercise and sweat.
