Scam. Got letter Jan 11th 2025 from GM account was cancelled. One year letter I get a letter and they sent me to collections. Disgusting
Crunch DID NOT RESPOND to the BBB about my complaint. SCAM FITNESS CENTER, BEWARE 4 (2022) years ago I cancelled my membership. 16-03-2026 I got notified by a Debt Collector that I owed $77. I paid it. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!

I’ll give credit where it’s due: the machines and equipment are actually high-quality. However, using them feels like a high-stakes game of "Survivor." I’ve been forced to migrate here since my previous gym closed, and I didn't realize a membership included a front-row seat to a biological study. I Was contacted by a local friend of mine to come check this gym out, up on entering the men's restroom it is disgusting. Way to many teenagers without supervision that I caught putting rolls of toilet paper in the urinals and toilets. Major Health dept Violations. The flooring around the gym is a huge trip HAZARD and could possibly be an OSHA violation.
