I cancelled my membership in September 2025 IN PERSON - I have been getting charged every single month the $35.00. I have even called and spoke to many front desk associates and the manager Parker every single month following. Please tell me why it’s now MARCH 2026 and I’m still being charged and I am getting charged the Yearly fee? I shouldn’t have to cancel this many times. It is fraud, I cancelled in SEPTEMBER 2025 that means stop taking my money.
Filthy, no soap in shower, locker room and showers are disgusting. Either there is no help or the current staff don't give a damn. What an EMBARRASSMENT to our community!!! Floors are NASTY in the locker room. Spray tan not functioning properly! Is there a manager at this location that cares to handle it? Corporate should replace the manager immediately if they can't get it together. If Corporate is not providing the resources to keep this gym clean then I would leave the position. While I enjoy the facilities and variety of equipment, the facility is filthy and getting worse. I am told they don’t want to spend the money on a thorough cleaning, but the same thing happened to Golds Gym in town and now they are closed.
