If you have cancelled recently, make sure they are not still charging your account! For anyone looking to sign up, make sure to use a credit card so you can dispute any fraudulent charges.

Nice gym, great equipment, awesome atmosphere, but if you have kids don’t count on the Kid’s Crunch employee to show up to work half the time. I can’t count the number of times I’ve showed up to workout just to be told that the employee just didn’t show up. It’s a very nice amenity to have that not all gyms in the area offer, but it doesn’t really matter if you can’t even use it half the time, especially considering you have to pay for a pricier membership in order to use it.

I want to preface this by saying I only write reviews if places are genuinely horrible enough to earn them and this Crunch 100% earns it. I was a member at this Crunch for almost a year before I had to cancel my membership due to moving across the country to an apartment complex with a gym. I moved away and have tried everything to cancel my membership. I’ve called multiple times and spoken with different managers — each giving me different instructions. One said it couldn’t be done over the phone and that I needed to come in or send a letter. My yearly membership has already ended, yet I’m still being charged under a no-commitment plan at a higher rate. Decent quality gym for what you pay for but if you have any problem at all inside the gym the staff is genuinely useless, 10/19/25 the Lady working the front desk from 1-3 was rude and standoffish did not care about anything other than their phone and clearly could not care less about her job, do better. The front desk at this location is an utter joke.
