I was traveling from Iowa, I had an issue with my account. However, Nikki at the front desk was very nice, informative and eager to get my account issue resolved! She gave me a rundown of the gym layout and was just super awesome to work with. For that alone I would recommend the gym. The gym when compared to the Urbandale Iowa location is dated. This place is overrun with high school kids nearly every day. Not necessarily the gym’s fault, but they act how you would expect. They treat the equipment like crap (which is why half of it is broken) and are in general obnoxious. Workers are meh. Cleanliness is barely passable.
Dear owner, I love this gym but there’s a constant buzzing noise in the sauna and the bathroom always smells. The gyms perceived value would be so much higher if even just these two things got fixed.
