I went to change my card payment a month ago. Well it turns out one of the workers did not do it right. They kept charging me on the wrong card even after I talked to them and they told me they would erase it. For her mistake they charged me a late fee. I had to pay a $30 late fee on top of my annual fee for an employee mistake which is not fair. The worker told me they couldn’t do anything about it except for me to pay for it. AMAZING SERVICE.

The Middletown location is the dirtiest gym in town. Don’t bother telling any of the staff because they don’t care. Don’t bother replying to the random surveys you get via email because they don’t care either. Don’t bother sending an email to whoever replies to these reviews because it is all for show. They never respond back. I have been a member coming up to five years. I have visited several Crunch’s in other states. They are always clean and the staff is friendly. This location is horrible.
