The woman at the front desk who is also a trainer is very rude. Many times I go here there is no staff to be seen. They definitely aren't cleaning the place. I go to different Crunch locations all the time in different states and this is by far the worst one.

Staff were rude .. they treated me like shit from the time I walked in the door. I was a guest under my brothers account and I drove 40 mins there to workout .. they stalked me around while I was trying to use the restroom because of the long drive and treated me like a kid and I’m pushing 40.. I may look young but you treat everyone with the same respect and especially guest who are potential customers. Don’t go to the middleburgh location the other crunch fitness are better and seem nicer staffed..

Very rude female personal trainer . I was on a machine and she asked me to stop using it so she could train her client . I politely told her I only had a little bit left should be done in a min or so and she was very rude in response . She treated me like my workout didn’t matter but only her clients did . Very unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. When there’s a machine I’d like to use that’s taken I wait until I see it’s free again . I do NOT harass someone to stop using the equipment. Love the staff and the crowd there wish there were more gyms like this Only thing I have for constructive criticism is I wish there was a wall designated for slamming the balls for rotational work for us baseball players and golfers 5 stars either way
