I have to check in as a guest now apparently for this location only even thought I’m a peak member & should be allowed to any locations without any issues instead of filling out my whole information even time & sign up for advertising text messages + other stuff. “At least that’s what I was told by an employee in the front desk”
I am back again to further reduce my review of Crunch in Mechanicsburg down to one star. I am a 100% Disabled Veteran of our U.S. Army Special Forces. I value my ability to work out hard in a collegial environment. Crunch has enabled me to do that over the past 18 months. But, when I needed back surgery to help with a combat-related injury, I asked Crunch to pause my payment plan for my sessions with my trainer. My wife & I are from out of town & our flight, car, hotel has been bumpy & delayed… Aven at the front made our experience at the gym so much better than the start of our trip! Glad we choose this gym. 😊
