Desperately need to increase the temperature of the men’s Sauna. We need 180 degrees for an effective sauna session. This is a 5 star gym! Let’s get back there!

I’ve heard a lot about this gym, but unfortunately most of what I’ve heard is negative—especially about the cancellation policy. I don’t want to become a customer if I’m going to be charged for two extra months plus a $60 cancellation fee. It’s not just about the money; it’s about how misleading it feels. Saying you need a two-month notice “to know how many members you’ll have” doesn’t make sense to me.
