My goal has been to get much stronger than before. I am a distance runner so my endurance is great but I want to gain some strength. I’m also trying to lose a little bit of weight before my wedding in a year. So far I have been training with Eslam for three months and it has been amazing. I have a noticeable difference in muscle and I have lost some weight. He is also amazing at building my confidence.
