Where do I start. I signed my daughter up for a membership and she tried to cancel it. It takes the act of god to cancel a membership at this place. They charge you 3 months plus a cancellation fee that they don’t tell you about. They will raise the premiums without notice which they did. I called corporate just to find out that they don’t have enough people to staff corporate so they automatically disconnect your call.
