signed up for training, was told i could down grade after a couple of weeks and it wouldn't start a new time frame and it it. i put it on hold due to an injury and they kept releasing the hold and charging me with out telling me they were gonna release the hold. it has been since October that i have not been able to go to training and i am still having issues with my knee . the last time i talked to them i asked them to cancel it and they said they would and would send me information on it and never did. they have charged me... read more

Crunch Fitness makes it virtually impossible to keep the membership plan you want. Each year they automatically upgrade you to a more expensive plan. The past 3 years this has happened to me despite the fact that I tell the employees I want to remain on the base plan. Each year they tell me I will stay on the base plan, but each year I get billed for a few months of the more expensive plan I do not want or use.
