5:30 am and no one is here to open the gym. Their hours say it opens at 5am on Monday’s so it’s extremely annoying and inconvenient to drive to the gym just for it to not be open, due to this management being incompetent. I will be moving on from crunch cause this unacceptable.
It isn’t a 24 hr gym. Shouldn’t be allowed to advertise it is. Monday, nobody shows up till 5 am to open, if then. Update it is 5:20 and still not open. People still just standing waiting for a 24 hr gym to open Update 3/31/2025. Nothing has changed. Still a line of people standing outside at 5:15 waiting for the gym to open
I like the fact that it’s has sauna, steam room and pool and basketball courts but my issue is water system was down for almost a week and they had so many equipment issues one treadmill I was on was shaking it was any available one I can use I believe they should for warn members at the front door or place a sign on the door letting members know they have a inconvenience I drive over 20mins to come to this location just to not enjoy the necessary necessities need for my trip there.
Shady signup fees even after cancelling my family membership after 3 months. This place continued to charge me the monthly $39.88 even after cancelling membership and then tried to charge the 60 day annual enrollment of $64.94. Mind you i went in to cancel the following day after signing up in January and I asked for the membership to be cancelled. All the reviews about the impossibility of cancelling or freezing are correct. They have charged me after I cancelled and requested freeze. I have emailed the manager per the employee at the front desk instruction since I am physically out of state to go cancel in person and just got ghosted. The staff was nice, however, they said that the process will be as easy as emailing. I have disputed with my credit card company and will storm the place if I have to if they keep charging me after my call tomorrow…
