It's a SCAM, stay away from this dirty fitness.. even if you cancel your membership, they will keep charging you, and if you refuse to pay, they will send you to a third party collection. STAY AWAY. They will pray on scam you, and the first thing they ask you is your social security number, so they can control you.

I have been working with trainers for many years. I was a trainer myself and still teach yoga and fitness. I have been training with Derrick at Crunch John’s Creek and he is the first trainer I’ve trained with who is totally present with me for the duration of the session, focused on my form and challenges and individual challenges. RecommendedHad a great experience here! Super friendly staff, they wear masks and do temperature checks at the front when you check in. They also provide disinfectant spray to wipe down the equipment and hand sanitizer.
Crunch has made it ridiculously hard for me to freeze or cancel my membership due to COVID-19. When relocating I was advised to not change my home gym due to the fact that I have locations in my new city and now I’m unable to do any of administrative actions on my account. I wouldn’t recommend it. Not worth the 10cents.

Watch your credit cards. I have had 4 erroneous charges on two cards from this location
Cancelled my account June 8 and continued to get bills. After constant calls and emails to the club I was assured there was an error in the accounting department as I had "done EVERYTHING correctly to payoff and close my account". Now my account is with a collection agency and no one at the Johns Creek club is being helpful. Pretty bad look for a club to be taking advantage of people through a pandemic despite their best efforts to follow the guidelines. I will be disputing the debt and filing with the BBB.
