Literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my lifetime It is absolutely impossible to call them I tried to cancel my membership over a month ago because their service hours is not fitting with my schedule So I use their online procedure to cancel which is a written notice Yes I never get confirmation So one week later I stop by in person to see if I can cancel it And they said that only managers can do it and that they will come in on Monday, so they took my name my phone number my email address and they s... read more
Can't get a hold of anyone on the phone, you talk to an ai assistant and it won't connect you to anyone else, they were supposed to cancel my membership because I was waiting for the Victorville location to be opened but it never opened, I asked to cancel and they told me they would cancel my membership but now I'm getting emails about overdue fees, be careful signing up for this gym, will consider changing the review if I could actually get help
