I cancel my Personal Trainer , July 11th which was my last payment I had to pay so I can cancel. Today I go to the gym and they said I’m 16 days pass due. No manager on sunday to speak to, they said I have to come during the week.. I’m upset

Good luck when you cancel your membership. It will be a toss up, maybe they stop charging you, maybe they won’t. Apparently this is a common issue with this company.

I cancel my membership on April and there still charging me i call to tell them and never receive the call to tell me they change it! Bad gym!!!

Horrible costumer service. Becareful with your money. Personnel do not seem to care once they have your money. After days of calling finally got a call back getting my refund after asking for it for days. They do not take accountability for their actions. Kids club is disorganized, dirty and bathrooms never have toilet paper. The only reason I stayed there was because I had a pretty awesome personal trainer Alexa but my time is done.

I had an issue with billing and I could not whatsoever speak to someone in corporate. I tried to call the location that I signed up for and they were always busy. I could never get ahold of anybody. Horrible customer service!!!! DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM!!
