My daughter made it clear she would be using gym for two months when home from college. Nothing was said about $59 annual free and verbally told would get another month free when home from break. When asked about fee and free month nothing in computer and can’t do anything about it. Written contract did show a fee but the verbal communication becomes a she said she said situation and my daughter was clearly mislead with no remorse from gym.
