I went there to cancel my membership, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a good experience. I’ve been a member for almost a year, but when I decided to cancel, the girl at the front desk asked for my reason-which I provided. She made a few unnecessary comments, including, “Why did you even start if you want to cancel?” I found that very rude and unprofessional. been in and out of various gyms for the last ten or so years and this is the first time I have felt like I need to commend a location. I come here in the evenings and do very specific workouts, I play para-hockey and this is the only location I have found that has the supplies I need to work on the exercises in my booklet. The staff here have been fantastic to me, including the personal trainers who have consistently given me motivation to push harder and have engaged with me about my sports outside of the gym. Over all a good gym, the employees are nice. the equipment is well maintained as well as clean/rarely out of order. And they have multiples of the popular machines. Except recently it’s been a complaint of mine that it’s practically raining on you nasty water with god knows what bacteria in it while you are trying to do your set. not to mention bathrooms are never clean and always reek.
