I moved out of town, and I asked 3 times in person and over the phone to stop debiting my credit card. They continued to charge me for 4 months. I finally have to cancel my credit card because they refused to stop charging me the monthly fee. (even though they advertise no obligation, cancel at any time) Do NOT trust them.

This Crunch fitness exceeded our expectations. Great quality equipment and great personal training in a fun atmosphere. Our personal trainers Olivia and Diego have been especially awesome. It is busy though! They need more parking!

My husband canceled his gym membership over three months ago. Signed the cancellation agreement in person and he’s been charged twice since then and double the amount previous to the cancellation. They said once we canceled he would no longer be charged. After some reading online it happens to most people who cancel their memberships. We would’ve never signed up have we of known this.
