I’ve been a member of this gym, but unfortunately the customer service has been consistently disappointing. The front desk staff and management often come across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. We enjoy the gym but it's the kids club that really sells it. No need to find a family member or baby sitter to watch your little heathens.

First time using the gym. I've paid for it but had not been able to use my membership yet. I asked for a tour and was not given one even though there were 2 staff members at the desk. I used the treadmill for about an hour. Then wanted to use the massage bed . The staff member said "NO" . I thought I miss heard him and I asked him " Did you say no?"
