Signed up for a free trial. That week I was injured and felt there is no use for a gym membership now… Called to cancel, was told that I had to do it in person. Was told I could come one next day and do so. The next day I was called by the gym and told that my last day to cancel was actually yesterday.(the day I originally called) the worker- took credit for the mistake. Apologized. No problem as I assumed it was fixed. No- they charge me month after month, I’ve unlinked my card- they still change me.(which is another issue)... read more
Love coming to this location! Always fantastic
This place is great! Clean, friendly staff, great community. My only complaint is hours on Saturday and Sunday. Line out the door Saturday mornings trying to get in. Sunday closes really early. Everyone has different days off so that is frustrating. Great gym!
