This company is terrible. After doing a day free trial, I decided I wanted to do a membership. That was my first mistake. However, on the 6th day (6.27.25) of my 30 day membership, I decided that I wanted to cancel my membership. I called on 6.27.25 and spoke with Chane the assistant general manager and was told I have to come in to cancel. I wish i saw their rating here in BBB before signing up. There is a lot of reason why its F.Their offers for joining are misleading so be careful. I would just avoid them if I were you. Stay away!! You have been warned.Opting for month to month with anytime cancellation is NOT what it is, you are bind and required to pay the first 90 days of membership plus the annual ******** all other complaints. I understand they need to make money but not this way.Again STAY AWAY and look for another gym.
1. I gladly signed up for a membership. During sign up a lady walked up, introduced herself and asked was I available to meet with her sometime this week to "get started". (It was later stated that a trainer consultation was included in my gym package which was false, I was actually charged for this) 2. I meet with the trainer. They make you sign a 90 day contract for a monthly membership without ever anywhere stating theres a 90 day contract
Extremely horrible RUDE racist staff! They have zero empathy and will literally talk to you like trash and hang up on you when you cal on phone! I REGRET the day I picked up their card in apartment garage. I have requested for my membership to be canceled after being thoroughly embarrassed for obvious prejudice! 1 month ago* I was training legs on the leg extension machine * when ******* (one of the trainers) approached me literally while I was in the middle of the set ! To ask me when I was done using it because he was training a client. I took this matter to ****** immediately* and he ensured he would take care of it. Smooth sailing* here we are a month later.
