I noticed my account was past due but the amount was way more then my monthly amount so I called to see why! I was informed because my account was past due as of 08/15 those were late fees! I told the girl that I was never charged the $34.99 on the 15th that charges for $51.99 started on 08/20. I then asked to cancel my membership she stated she would get the manager. Great staff, quick sign up, clean equipment. Would recommend to others
Nice gym. Only complaint is the ego lifting kids on the deadlift platforms who drop the weights excessively hard. If you’re pulling 6 wheels and need to let it come down a little hard that’s one thing, but when you’re dropping 315 from waist height because your little fingers are too weak to finish out the rep, just lower the weight and do it right.
Great gym! When I was out of town and working out there, I dropped my wedding ring on the ground. Terry, the front desk clerk, was extraordinarily helpful! He found my ring, called me, and returned it to me before I left the area. 10/10, not scary at all!
