This gym is always very clean. I appreciate the daycare hours they have. The ladies in the daycare always seem happy and are nice to the children

Edit: This club is not issuing key tags for checkin anymore. Over the last few months the customer service has really gone down at this location. I don’t want to be forced into downloading an app just to check in. Will be canceling my membership after 3 years. After taking part of their 7 day trial of the top package that normally costs $29.99, I am thoroughly impressed by this corporate gyms friendliness and expertise of the staff who works there. Fix the sauna and steam room instead of having 90% of your staff twiddle their thumbs at the front. Your facilities are disgusting and you guys just gossip at the check-in. No hooks for towels near the sauna… minimal cleaning going on. No clock near the sauna. I mean these are small and easy things that any gym owner should be aware of. Be better. Its a health hazard walking into your locker rooms. Incompetent management here for sure.

ATTENTION NEW CUSTOMERS: beware of predatory business practices. The most shameful of which is the deceptive advertising, you’ll be billed monthly but also don’t forget your annual fee which they’ll arbitrarily charge you instead of factoring it into the price so they can look more appealing at a lower monthly rate. Careful when you cancel too because they will come for your neck on the annual fee. Speaking of cancelling, they are the only business in America that force you to come in to cancel your membership.
