Got a membership yesterday 3/9/2026 Was very disappointed I left 24 hour fitness on Harmony in Fort Collins because of the sauna the steam room was really dirty there and I come to this gym. It’s the same way they need to clean up the sauna steam room twice a day three times a day at least.

These guys charged the wrong card for my membership after i specifically told them to change the billing to a new card. Because of this, a 17$ late fee was added to my account for no reason whatsoever. Their explanation was that my default was still set to the one I signed up with, but again, i went in prior to this and gave them the new card and said "please bill my account on this card". DO NOT get a membership at crunch. It is absolutely impossible to cancel your membership if you need to. I moved last year and I have been trying to cancel my membership since December of 2025. I have sent multiple emails, called and tried on the app at least 10 times and am still dealing with it in March of 2026. I have been told my membership was “cancelled” at least 5 times over the phone by team members and a manger but was still getting charged my monthly fee 3 times since then. I purchased an almost $200 dollar yearlong membership and then a week later I had a medical emergency and had to move back in with family. I dragged myself in (because the ai bot over the phone was useless) and asked if I could get a refund and they said they would ask their manager and call me back. I never got a call back, it was clearly a way to get me to leave so they could keep my money. There goes $200 when I'm broke from losing my job due to, y'know, a MEDICAL EMERGENCY.

It's fine for the price, I guess. The front desk kids couldn't care if you live or die and I don't think I've ever seen paper towels in the men's room. There are approximately 600 cardio machines that are never full and one single pec fly machine that you'll probably have to fight someone to use. Try not to look between the cracks of the mats while you're stretching unless you want to see hair and dust from the Bush administration.
