At first, I was worried when I saw college kids working the front desk... I thought, “Hmm, will they be attentive enough?” But honestly, they are always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful that those worries vanished immediately. And Wendy, the janitor, deserves a huge shoutout...the gym is spotless, and her hard work definitely shows. Crunch Fitness might’ve surprised me in the best way possible. Keep up the great work, everyone!
I thoroughly enjoy Crunch Fitness -Florence!! It provides so many opportunities to improve my fitness goals. The front desk people are ALWAYS friendly and welcoming! The fitness instructors are the BEST in the North West Al area. This gym has everything one needs to get a great workout! Love Crunch!
