I've been coming to this gym over the last 7-8 months and found it a great place to workout with friendly and helpful staff.
You are going to be taxed if you use crunch fitness. The free trial isn't really free if you have to give your card information before you get the pass. They literally will charge you if you don't physically tell them that you don't want a membership. They seem to think that it's not an inconvenience to not be able to get inside because of no employees being there. They don't answer the phone because no one is there to answer it.
