Not sure how folks rate this place higher than PF. Looks empty because it is, while using two setups (i used 60% of the 45 lb plates they had), for some odd reason they have larger 35lb weights (which are weird). Hip thrust is a seat belt arrangement which is hilarious as its supposed to be a rounded pad, the belt strap will give you a hernia. The people at the front desk are so friendly especially Tyler. I’ve never met anyone as energetic and friendly in customer service.
