The white lady in the front with glasses told me and my wife we had to leave before she called ice because of an issue that we had with the child care. My son has eczema and they said he had scabies when we where trying to explain to the manager the issue that’s when the women spoke up and said we had to exit the building before she called ice and then laughed. I don’t know how that is tolerated in this day of age and I’m going to report this to corporate today.

Just got charged for my first month and even AFTER I confirmed while setting up, my account that my debit account wouldn’t be billed, it was. When I set up the membership I didn’t even want to put the account but the fees they tack on for that are more than the membership itself. I have enjoyed using this gym for the most part. I’m very frustrated when I contacted yesterday I was told there was (most likely)nothing they could do even though it was not supposed to charge that account to begin with. Decided to cancel my membership after a terrible experience with Shawn the manager. He was extremely rude after a simple misunderstanding. Very confrontational guy. I won’t be paying $15 a month at a place where someone who disrespects customers is in a leadership role.

I’ve been a member here for a long time, and I’m leaving this review because of how serious safety concerns were handled — or more accurately, not handled at all. I experienced harassment and stalking-like behavior in the men’s locker room, involving repeated boundary violations that made me feel unsafe using the facility. Terrible location and incompetent employees / general manager. Spent 40 minutes on the phone for the story the general manager gave changing 3 times about an issue. This location is always dirty, spray bottles consistently empty. Soap dispensers and paper towels currently not stocked in the bathrooms. Save your time, energy, and $$ and find a good local gym to support.
