I called to get help with a billing issue, but the worker was absolutely no help. I visited the front counter to try to get things worked out and found out there was an option available to me when I initially called but now it’s too late. I will now be charged a bunch of unnecessary fees because of the incompetence of the staff. I will be canceling.
They make it difficult to cancel or edit your payment, I’ve been trying to work with them for several days and keep getting different information. If I ever manage to get away I won’t be back. Not to mention the place is disgusting and poorly maintained.

I'm giving Crunch Fitness in Fayetteville two stars due to a terrible customer service experience and issues with the gym itself. I was charged for an extra 2 months of dues and fees after trying to cancel my membership due to a terrible policy in their fine print. When I tried to talk to the staff about it, they were extremely unhelpful and rude and looked annoyed that I was asking for help.
