I’ve been a member off and on for a number of years and Crunch is by far the best affordable gym in the area! Clean facilities, great amenities and really friendly staff who are always helpful and knowledgeable. Recently had an issue with my account and Oliver was super helpful and worked with me to sort it out! He’s the best!
The gym could use a face lift but the assistant manager and the front desk team are doing their absolute best make it an enjoyable and comfortable environment for members. Post face lift/improvements, this gym has a great potential to be sought after
The staff is rude and unprofessional. This was my first time visiting this location, and I wanted to use the free guest pass to check out the facilities and consider joining for my training. Instead, I was spoken to aggressively and told I couldn’t use it, so I had to purchase a one-day pass. After buying it, I asked for a receipt, but they told me they don’t provide receipts.
