i'm really disappointed in this gym. with all the amenities, I thought it would be great. however, my friend has been trying to get rid of these three training sessions that TWO trainers have fallen through for. They were either flaky or leaving the gym for some other reason and were no longer able to be her trainer. The front desk is unfriendly, like who is forcing them to work there? And the women’s bathroom is dirty almost most of the time. Update: today’s Thursday afternoon staff was much friendlier - diff then the others The review above for the other days
if you go online it will show you that you can cancel your membership anytime with zero cost but when i go this gym nd this this gym is fully packed no equipment free to workout nd i decide to cancel it with my time period.. when i call to cancel my membership then they told me no you have to pay one month extra fee nd annuall fee bla bla . nd i have to call 6 times to cancel my membership.. its horrible experience with crunch .i recommend to everyone please be careful when you get membership of this gym , they show you diff... read more
This Crunch upholds the great reputation for Crunch Fitness. The main reason I gave them a 5/5 is they are open at 4am and the showers are huge with running hot water. The facility is immaculate and the staff are extremely friendly and professional. This is a medium to large sized gym that can accommodate a lot of people. The people who go to the gym are just generally great gym people.
