I already had a Peak Results nationwide membership. At East Meadow, trainer Chris Hercules signed me up for a second membership, telling me it was only to process my training payment and wouldn't be charged again, also notice the signature section on the agreement, members signature and staff signature seems to be very identical and clearly non valid. If you’re considering Crunch Fitness East Meadow because they advertise that they open at 4:00 AM, DON’T COUNT ON IT. There is nothing more frustrating than getting up at 3:30 in the morning, getting ready, driving to the gym, and arriving at 4:00 AM only to find the doors LOCKED and no employee there to open the gym. This happened to me TWICE recently—including last Thursday and again this morning. Things happen I understand that. The people here are super unfriendly, I thought it was something personal but then I came to read out of curiosity and I see that it doesn't just happen to me, it's always "always" full and dirty. The lack of machines is incredible for such a large franchise taking into account that there are always damaged machines, I have visited Crunch Fitness in Mellville and it is 10 times better than this one especially for the bad customer service
