I had a disappointing experience with the daycare at Crunch. I brought my daughter in today and was about 15 minutes late I know the window is 9 to 12. The manager accused me of doing this repeatedly, even though this was the first time. The worst part was he threatened to remove my child from the childcare services tied to my membership. I pay for these services, and I didn’t appreciate his threatening tone.
