This is by far the worst place I have ever been. The staff are untrained and unprofessional, and there is no proper security or control over who enters and leaves. My car key and wallet were stolen during my visit, and I was also given incorrect information about cancellation policies. Please save your time and energy—do not go to this place.

At the time of sign-up, the gym verbally promised there were no long-term commitments and that if my circumstances changed, I could cancel without penalty. I was severely injured at work (bicep rupture) and could not go to the gym. I later tried to cancel explaining I was injured and I was met with resistance. At first, I was worried when I saw college kids working the front desk... I thought, “Hmm, will they be attentive enough?” But honestly, they are always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful that those worries vanished immediately. And Wendy, the janitor, deserves a huge shoutout...the gym is spotless, and her hard work definitely shows. Crunch Fitness might’ve surprised me in the best way possible. Keep up the great work, everyone!

Why I Left Crunch Fitness Anderson: One Broken Nose Too Many I recently canceled my Crunch Fitness Anderson membership. I enjoy working out at the Glenside crunch. The team keeps it very clean and you are well informed of any events. Sanitizer and towels are always available to clean equipment and weights. I like it better than the last gym that i was a member. They have just what I need to keep physically fit and healthy.

I'll start with saying that ive been going to this location and participating in the personal training program for over a year now. Have had no complaints and the personal trainers are all friendly and knowledgeable. That being said their policy is not at all helpful and management either doesn't have any power to even offer assistance or they just don't care to. Will charge you a hidden cancellation fee. They’ll charge your card and suppository “send it to collections” cheap equipment, Small gym and rude customer service. Not recommended.
