Floors in the Sauna has been dirty for last week or two
There were more machines broken than were working on the cardio equipment I wanted to use, so instead of waiting, I went to use the treadmill and they told me those were "reserved." Reserved treadmills? So then I walked down to the other treadmills and the roof started leaking on me from 2 places! The staff put buckets down to catch the water. This was not the 1st time I have seen the buckets down. I proceeded to go do my lifting instead, and I couldn't even hear my own music in my ear buds bc their sound system was so loud ... read more
Always getting charged random fees. I had to even pay to cancel a month to month membership. The spray tan machine is always down- for months at a time. This is a real bummer, especially if you only go to the gym for the spray tans. Which I know a lot of women do. The staff are nice and the gym stays clean.
