The staff is solid, the place is clean overall, and they have plenty of equipment. Most of the fellow 5AM lifters are chill, and there’s plenty of space to do what I want to do. I’ve been going here on and off since I travel for a living for almost two years. The problem has always been the same, and it’s worth a full star off: the classes. Amazing gym ans great variety. I'm one of those to get a strong workout in ans not there for a talk show or make friends hour. This is the best gym around. Has every type of weight equipment you could want and is very spacious. Yiu get what you want, whether you want to work out alone or find friends to chat with. The staff is great and helpful.
It’s a good gym and I love it there every time I am there I get a good workout in for me it’s the number 1 gym
