I’ve been training at Crunch with Alia since March and I’m so happy with her personal training services. She designed a dynamic program around my goals that keeps me motivated. I’ve had very mixed results with weight training in the past, but with Alia I can feel myself getting stronger every week and I look forward to our sessions every time!

Her awesome group classes and our one on one personal training sessions the past few months have brought me encouragement, confidence and strength. Crunch and Alia have been literal life savers for my personal wellness journey. 100% recommend.
