I just started there a week ago .love it .I go in at 5 a.m.. not crowded..Great equipment...clean enough..nobody messes with me..I put my headphones on..do my thing and go..the only issue i could point out is that people dont rerack their weight..they will use a machine and walk away from it..that is no fault of the gym itself..but I would watch the cameras and really tighten up on people who do that..its uncalled for and just plain lazy....one of the favorite gyms ive ever used.
After two years of loyalty and thousands spent on private training, this gym's total lack of empathy is staggering. Despite my being 72 and recovering from hand, shoulder, and retinal surgeries at UAB, they continue to hit my Citibank card for services I physically cannot use. They have been completely tone-deaf to my medical reality and my responsibilities as a 50-hour-a-week worker caring for a sick wife.
