Sent two letter to cancel my membership, I am in military and located in Florida to visit in person. They never honored the letters and charged my account. They won’t let you cancel online or over the phone. I eventually call my bank and told them they are fraudulently taking money from me at this point. Never going to Crunch again. Military should stay away.
