Was told by an associate i would be able to cancel membership via email. When i tried to i was told it was through in person only. Mixed communication causing me to get charged now and customer service basically says “sorry good luck though”.
This is by far the greatest health club in Daytona Beach and surrounding areas. Joseph, Diego actually will address you by your first name. You will see the manager, Jennifer being proactive and cleaning the gym, jumping into fitness classes. And Starla does an amazing job keeping the gym clean. You will not find a better cleaner Health Club in the area then Crunch Fitness. And that’s pretty much all of the Crunch Fitness clubs I’ve visited.
