I recently visited Crunch Fitness with a friend for her to use a guest pass, and the facility itself is excellent, my check-in experience was great. When I approached the front desk Jack—who has always been an outstanding representative of Crunch—greeted us politely, handled the check-in smoothly, and ensured we felt welcome. His professionalism truly stood out and the interaction was a very positive experience. I hope all staff will uphold the same level of customer service that Jack consistently provides.

Very friendly and super helpful with many options
Fraud!!!!! I’ve come in and canceled 3 times and they are still charging me. I told them I’m moved and canceled the first time and still charged I was told I have to come in again and I do when I emptied my storage and went in twice!!! They are still refusing to cancel my membership. It’s clear all they want is money and they are willing to defraud its community to do so. Beware! Go anywhere but here!
