Do not even think about joining Crunch Fitness in Columbia. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been trying to cancel my membership since moving out of Columbia. I have called multiple times, left several voicemails, and even sent documentation of an injury via email. Despite all of my attempts to contact them, no one has returned my calls or responded to my emails. Meanwhile, Crunch Fitness continues to charge me for my membership and has even added late fees. Rude, pushy sales people.
Would not recommend. Been trying for months to get them to stop calling me. Some guy named "Zane" gave them my phone number, I explicitly stated no one by that name has said number. Here we are several months later, still getting calls and texts about his memberships, promotions, and bills for Crunch Fitness. This is getting ridiculous. Love the atmosphere here! Jacob Ferguson is a great trainer. He always has positivity, motivation, and great nutrition information for me. I look forward to my sessions with him weekly and can see my results! 10/10!
Impossible to cancel my membership(still is) & very poor customer service over the phone.
