I went in for a body assessment with John. I had an issue with pinched nerves and spasms in my back and he said he could figure out what’s going on. That’s exactly what he did! I followed his instructions and went through a series of exercises that helped isolate where in my back the pain was coming from. Then introduced me to Justin who was able to give me the perfect stretch exercise to rehab it cause he said he also dealt with a similar injury. All around very nice people and very informative. Beware, it is a NIGHTMARE to cancel membership at this gym. First they tell you you must cancel in person in Columbia and when you no longer attend MIZZOU, impossible task. You can not cancel at ANY of the other locations in person either. Then they tell you to call a different number, a call center. That doesn’t work. Then they say to pay more $ and must send certified mail to cancel. That doesn’t work. Then finally speak to asst manager and they say charges will continue thru October when we’ve been trying to cancel since ... read more

Only goal is to make money, won’t fix the machines and make it impossible to cancel your membership, also charges you with random fees that most people miss in the fine print, workers are just salesmen and will call you non stop
