Honestly when I first started going to Crunch it was great. In my personal opinion I recommend another gym, I started to hit a plateau. So I decided to TRY personal training. Absolute Pain to Cancel Membership To begin, it is a decent sized gym with all of the equipment anyone might need. I enjoyed going when I was in school and didn’t have any issues then. I recently have moved across the country and have tried to cancel my membership in multiple ways. Firstly, you cannot cancel online, which is irritating but understandable. If I was looking for a gym membership in Columbia, I would not choose crunch. Unless you work out at 3 AM, there will not be a single treadmill or machine open. I’ve seen more people in that gym that I have at some Mizzou basketball games.

Parking is terrible here and for the size of Columbia I expected a larger Crunch to accommodate all these people! I don’t like that they have the AC/fans on at any of the crunches because I want to sweat not be kept cool… it’s like 65 degrees and it’s literally snowing outside.
