I’ve visited this Crunch location multiple times, and unfortunately, the customer service seems to be very hit or miss depending on the staff and their mood that day. I generally don’t feel that I receive a particularly warm or welcoming greeting at this location. What stands out most is the lack of engagement during basic interactions.
